Biography
Pasupuleti Venkata Bangarraju (born July 28, 1962), known professionally as Krishna Vamsi, is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer who works predominantly in Telugu cinema. After working as an assistant director on Siva (1989), he made his directorial debut with the crime film Gulabi (1995). His next release, the romantic drama Ninne Pelladatha (1996), won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu and the Filmfare Award for Best Director – Telugu.
